You got a follow focus ?
70-200 with IS helps a lot not to have shaky footage when focussing.
FOllow focus as well.
Difficult to shoot when riders are coming your way, maybe better to use only when parallel riding.

Which dolly are you using ? a custom made a a glidetrack?
